Very good play and display. Explanation not available on all non-standard bids. Could add function of being able to practice and use more sophisticated conventions, e.g., splinter bids. Oh, and I dont think I got all the hands I paid for, either!

I have had so much fun with this game. It can play so many different systems and the hints are terrific. Its also nice to be able to skip through hands until you get an interesting one. I have a suggestion. It would be nice to be able to set up hands to see how the program would handle them. It may be possible to do this. If so I have not been able to figure it out yet.

Why doesnt Bridge Assist come with my lifetime subscription?

Im a beginner bridge player and find it fun to practice with this app. Love the hints. Im learning the game while playing.

Certainly one of the best programmed APPs I have used to date. It will improve your game and its tremendously enjoyable.

I like the hands, they are very interesting plus after trying so many applications for bridge i found that this application is one of the best.

Really like using it. Simple and you can do it over again to improve and the computer guides you when you request it. You can also go at your own pace.. So no need to rush and you can play as slow as you like without aggravating another person. Now theyve added Duplicate! Great! I will give it a try..! Looking forward to seeing how I do and get ready for real duplicate bridge.

I am a complete beginner to playing bridge so bought iBridge Plus to give me playing experience to supplement the instruction I was receiving. I find the instruction within the app to be really useful (e.g., when the wrong bid is proposed, when playing a particular card is the wrong way to go) although more explanation on why my choice is wrong would be useful. This app is not free since you need to buy additional hands and the instruction also requires additional payment. However, the prices asked are reasonable when compared to the value received. I am hoping that this app will speed up my progress to becoming a competent bridge player. I think it has the functionality to do so.

I love this app. I began playing bridge in November. My brother suggested I buy this App. It is a fun way to learn that is non threatening. When one is not sure how to bid or which card to play, just push the hint tab and there you are! I think I play every day, just for a short time, but will admit to playing up to three hours in a row once!! I had a question about duplicate bridge, so I wrote an email and received a friendly reply and now I really feel this app is my friend now!

Rubber bridge; 11 hands without enough points to open from either my partner or myself. Too many voids in dealt cards. East/west wouldnt bid when south or north were bidding & then west would double us & up the bids. If we passed theyd make their bid. If we got the bid wed go down. Bert

The best free app I could find

Both my husband and I use it either separately or together for discussion and really like it.

I recently started using the app and have found it to be an excellent learning tool as well as a good way to relax. It accommodates all levels and modes of the game from the very basic to very advanced. The cost is minimal.

I have tried other bridge apps and this is definitely the best so far. The hints are sometimes off, but thats how you can learn and try again with what you were planning to do.

Would like to see program giving high card point count for south hand.

Recently, a new version of the app was released that has received poor reviews from existing players. I think this is the result of the existing demographic - older players that may not have a sophisticated online presence and that generally resist change. I believe this to be unfair. As a regular user, I think the update was a step forward and not backwards. Give the app a try if you want a free bridge game that is current and entertaining.
